We have mapped out the curriculum and learning outcomes for each course, based on recruiter AND developer feedback about the biggest challenges in tech recruiting.
We then partnered with tech leads to be the subject matter expert and instructor for our courses.
Unlike other tech recruiter training where you only learn from recruiters, our courses are taught by technical experts directly.
Q: Do you only cover PHP and Java?
No, we cover the full technology map. You will learn the most important stuff not only about programming languages and their frameworks, but also about business intelligence, DevOps, server administration, etc.
Q: Do I have to be technical to master technical recruitment?
No. The Geekruiter Academy makes understanding geeks simple, so you can master technical recruitment without being technical... and you can become a recruiting geek!
Q: How important is technical knowledge for technical recruitment?
Very. It's a core skill for technical recruitment and Geekruiter makes it easy for non-programmers to gain this knowledge.
Q: How long are the courses?
We’ve designed our classes with busy recruiters in mind.
Each lesson lasts about ten minutes. You can break up your learning to fit your schedule over a series of days or weeks.
Or, you can dive right in and complete a course in an afternoon.
Q: What if I have questions?
We are here to help! We know how intimidating it can be to recruit for roles we don’t quite understand.
Having access to ask questions makes a difference between spinning your wheels and knowing how to target your recruiting efforts.
All Geekruiters (= subscribed members) can submit questions directly to the instructor.

There are three main groups of members:

Q: For how long do I have to be subscribed?
You don't have to be! We don't force you to commit to anything. Just subscribe for the first month and see how you like the training.
You are free to cancel the membership anytime. This naturally pushes us to deliver a lot of value. And that's good for all of us!
At Geekruiter, we believe three months are the minimum what makes sense in order to get to the next level. You don't learn everything overnight.
Hence, we are big fans of continuous learning and growth. We'll support you as long as you find it beneficial.

You can easily pay with credit or debit card via PayPal.
If you are based in Europe and can submit a SEPA payment within the EU, we can arrange that, too.
